Do you offer web hosting + maintenance?
Sure do — we can host your website and tie it in with our maintenance plan for a discounted monthly or annual rate. Contact us for a quote.
Are there any setup or cancellation fees?
Nope. No setup costs, no cancellation fees. The door is always open if you ever leave and decide to come back.
What happens if I skip the plan?
Without proper maintenance your site won't be optimized, performance drops, and Google rankings follow. Plugins and WordPress itself go out of date — the #1 cause of hacks. No backups means if something breaks, it's gone. And there's no trusted webmaster to call when things go sideways.
Does my monthly update time roll over?
No — the included hours are covered for that month only and don't roll over to the next.
What if my site gets hacked while on the plan?
We'll clean the site and get everything squared away with Google at no extra cost. That said — to date we've had ZERO hacks or breaches on any site on our maintenance plan.
What if my updates need more than the included hours?
We always try to get updates done within your included time. For larger requests, we'll give you an estimate and complete additional work at our standard hourly rate.
What if I skip the plan and my site gets hacked?
We charge a $250 cleanup fee to restore the site, then immediately get you on a monthly plan so it doesn't happen again.
How quickly do you handle monthly updates?
We try to get to updates within 24–48 hours. Plan clients always get top priority over non-plan clients.
